Rich in Vitamin C and Anti-oxidants, Murabba may be taken every morning as a health tonic. It strengthens the immune and digestive system, manages cholesterol level, acidity, gastrilis, heart diseases and has anti-aging properties.

We make Amla Murabba out of ripe and healthy Amla fruits from our own orchard. Ripe Amla fruits are hand-picked in the month of December. These are thoroughly washed and then mildly boiled in a fresh water. They are ‘punched’ so as to create small holes for sugar to get into. These are again washed in the water for two days and the water is changed four times. This ensures that there are no impurities left. Frequent washing also reduces the acidity from the fruits. Finally, the fruits are put into the sugar syrup. The sugar enters Amla and the water goes out to meet the sugar. It takes about 10 days for Murabba to be ready after three-four iterations with sugar solution.

We sell Amla Murabba in glass jars of 900 grams each. As Glass jars are not fit for long distance transportation, we use food-grade PET (Plastic) jars also. The jars are packed and sealed.
